Jiabin Wang

Jiabin joined Beijing Lusheng Law Firm in 2018, specializing in trademark civil/administrative litigation, patent litigation; drafting legal advice on trademark, patent, unfair-competition cases and non-litigation of intellectual property legal affairs.

In the past three years in the industry, Jiabin has assisted lawyers and the DRT team in handling over 100 intellectual property litigation cases. The cases involve administrative or civil litigation cases on trademark and design patent for dozens of international clients. Jiabin has also involved in providing legal advice on non-litigation cases. Jiabin likes and is good at communicating with people, he has solid legal professional skills and is good at research.

Before joining Lusheng, Jiabin has worked as assistant at Labor Arbitration Committee of Datong District, Daqing City, Heilongjiang Province, he had accumulated some experience in handling arbitration cases.
