Eddie Wang

Eddie has amassed over 20 years’ comprehensive practical experience across the legal and technical fields. He has served as the Legal Director in leading domestic green-energy automotive and chip companies with work encompassing multiple aspects such as technical engineering, patent agency, and legal consultation.

With dual master’s degrees in communication engineering and law, he has deep professional experience in technical areas like artificial intelligence, chip architecture, smart driving, and wireless communication. Notably, his strategies for artificial intelligence patent applications have been incorporated into the "Patent Examination Guidelines".

Furthermore, he has accumulated extensive experience in intellectual property risk control, compliance management, capital market operations, and commercial contract negotiations. From the perspective of corporate operations and development strategies, he is adept at providing legal advice that aligns with long-term commercial development goals.

Eddie has received recognition from numerous authoritative media, including being named one of "IPR Daily: China’s Top 40 Under 40 Corporate IP Elites " and "Legal Diamond Award: Excellence in Professional Influence Award ". He is currently a council member of the Beijing Intellectual Property Protection Association.
