August Zhang

August is the founding partner of Lusheng and has been engaged in intellectual property law for nearly 30 years. He received the prestigious Chevening Scholarship from the UK early in his career and served as a visiting scholar at the London School of Economics (LSE).

August has extensive experience in trademark rights, copyright, trade secrets, and unfair competition, providing leading domestic and international companies with IP protection strategies and customized legal services. He is trusted by numerous long-standing clients across various industries, including technology, food, consumer goods, sports, and pharmaceuticals.
