Alice is Co-Head of Shanghai Litigation Team of Lusheng Law Firm, based in Shanghai.

Alice Yu is a seasoned intellectual property lawyer with nearly 20 years of practice. She provides both litigation and non-litigation legal services related to intellectual property for well-known multinational companies, covering areas such as trademarks, copyrights, trade names, domain names, trade secrets, patents, and unfair competition.

She has long served numerous leading multinational corporations from various industries, including luxury goods, technology, manufacturing and engineering, entertainment, sports, toys, hospitality, alcoholic beverages, and consumer goods.

With her extensive litigation experience, she has successfully represented many complex and challenging litigation cases, often involving core intellectual property rights of enterprises, achieving victories and substantial compensation after years of relentless effort.
