Jenny holds a PhD in Physics from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and has over 10 years of experience in the patent field. Her practice focuses on semiconductor devices and processes, 5G communications, electronic communications, and chip-related technologies. She advises on patent mining and portfolio development, patent drafting and filing, office action responses, re-examination and invalidation proceedings, and freedom-to-operate (FTO) analyses, providing end-to-end support from strategic filing to enforcement.
Jenny has extensive experience in patent prosecution and protection in China, and is also familiar with patent filing and protection in overseas jurisdictions including the United States, Europe, and Australia. She is skilled in cross-jurisdictional co-ordination and building integrated patent portfolios.

Xinyu Zhang

Xinyu is a Patent Attorney of Lusheng, based in Beijing.
Xinyu has two years of experience in the intellectual property field, focusing on patent prosecution, patent drafting, and patent translation (English and Japanese). She has provided clients with more than 200 OA response strategies, including dozens of solutions at the re-examination stage. Her working languages are English, Japanese, and Chinese.
Xinyu has an academic background in pharmaceutical sciences and biological sciences. Prior to entering the IP field, she worked in the clinical research department of a pharmaceutical company. Since qualifying as a patent agent, she has provided professional services to dozens of well-known companies from Japan, Europe, and the United States. Her technical coverage spans high-tech industries including polymer materials, chemical and pharmaceutical technologies, life sciences, food and cosmetics, battery technologies, and semiconductor technologies. She is skilled in assisting clients with patent strategy development and securing patent protection.

Alex WEI

Alex Wei is a Patent Attorney of Lusheng, based in Beijing.
Alex Wei is a patent attorney with over 10 years of intellectual property practice. He possesses extensive experience in patent prosecution.
His technical expertise covers chemistry, biochemistry, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals and materials science. He has managed numerous cases in the chemical field, with solid experience in technical solution analysis, translation and proofreading of patent application documents, responding to office actions, re-examination and invalidation.
He also has rich experience in supporting pharmaceutical and new energy high-tech clients on patent portfolio strategy, patent drafting and patent protection in major jurisdictions including the United States, Europe, Canada, Australia, Russia and India.

Dara Dong

Dara is a patent paralegal of Lusheng Law Firm, based in Shanghai.
Dara has been working in the patent profession for 10+ years.
She is highly experienced in patent formalities before the China Patent Office, assisting Fortune 500 companies, MNCs, and SMEs throughout the patent lifecycle, i.e., from filing to grant, as well as addressing the post-grant issues such as renewal, licensing and invalidation procedures. Additionally, she is adept at coordinating with foreign associates and authorities to manage overseas patent prosecutions for domestic clients.
