Job Summary
The position will involve working within the China Dispute Resolution Group in particular and other practice groups as well to service and expand our services to clients.
Details of Responsibility
- advising and advocating clients in civil actions or other non-contentious IP cases;
- attending, pursuing or providing all necessary assistances in criminal IP enforcement actions through PSBs, Prosecutors and Courts
DRT – Patent Litigator | Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou
Job Summary
The position will involve working within the China Dispute Resolution Group in particular and other practice groups as well to service and expand our services to clients.
Details of Responsibility
The main responsibility should be litigation work for our clients, which may include:-
- drafting patent infringement analysis;
- representing clients to attend the patent invalidation proceedings (e.g. oral hearing proceeding );
- representing clients to attend court hearings for patent litigations;
- advising clients in respect of patent infringement;
- representing clients to attend patent administrative actions;

Job Summary
The main roles/requirements of the position in the China dispute Resolution include three parts: General, Case Management and Teamwork.

General：Good understanding of:
- General knowledge of IP legislation, regulations and IP legal environment in China;
